- Training — Whether you need to teach one or 100, our staff of specialists, headed up by Paula Smethers, can bring you up to speed quickly and efficiently. As you add new employees, or promote from within, everyone will benefit from our training making employees more productive faster.
- Help Desk — Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our help desk services. Your company is assigned a key contact that remains with your account. Any issues that may arrise will be handled quickly and efficiently. Often times you'll work directly with a programmer intimately familiar with the ProfitTool logic and inner workings.
- Hardware Sales & Support — Trouble shooting hardware issues is the most challenging for even the most experienced users. We use a incident isolation technique that eliminates all possible causes until we identify the core problem. When needed, internal parts, accessories, or peripherals can be installed at your facility.
- Network Design & Maintenance — One of the most critical, and often overlooked element, in your financial management system is the network. Our top to bottom analysis identifies potential bottlenecks with you network. We ensure interoperability between remote locations or even between offices. Our capabilities include complete cabling, LAN/WAN design, server setup, and client station maintenance.
- System Implementation & Conversion — GDS Professional Staff will work directly with your staff members to guide them through the preparation, implementation, and conversion process.
- Individualized System Enhancements — Many times the Needs Analysis drives the System Design function toward building individualized system enhancement(s), which drive even further the productivity gains being achieved. - ProfitTool Software Maintenance Plan — GDS is updating and enhancing ProfitTool on an ongoing basis. New versions are released throughout the year and they will be installed on all systems that are covered under this plan.
